Two things govern this market. Rice imports are licensed, with Padiberas Nasional Berhad (BERNAS) holding the import authority, so quantities follow your permit position. And halal certification recognised by JAKIM is expected across mainstream retail. We quote against your licence and arrange halal covering the mill, the packing line and the shipped lot.
