Om Prasadam exports 4 fresh produce from India: mango (aam), grapes (angoor), onion (pyaaz) and green chilli (hari mirch).
Fresh produce is sold on its arrival condition, so the work is in harvest timing, grading, pre-cooling and an unbroken cold chain. Om Prasadam packs mangoes, grapes, onions and green chillies at its own facility, ships them by air or in refrigerated containers, and issues the phytosanitary certificate and any treatment record the destination requires before the consignment leaves India.
