Om Prasadam exports 4 spices from India: cumin seeds (jeera), coriander seeds (dhania), turmeric (haldi) and dry red chilli (lal mirch).
India grows most of the world’s cumin and turmeric and is the largest exporter of dry red chilli. Om Prasadam cleans, grades and packs these spices at its own facility, whole or ground, and documents every lot for the checks that matter at the border: pesticide residues, aflatoxin, Salmonella, and for turmeric, lead. Steam sterilisation is available on request; ethylene oxide is never used.
