Om Prasadam exports 3 millets from India: pearl millet (bajra), finger millet (ragi) and sorghum (jowar).
India is the world’s largest producer of millets, and pearl millet (bajra), finger millet (ragi) and sorghum (jowar) are everyday grains across much of the country. They are naturally gluten-free and high in fibre. Om Prasadam cleans and sortexes millets at its own facility to a food-grade specification and supplies them whole, or milled to flour, in retail packs and 25 and 50 kg bags.
