- EU food law compliance. Consignments documented for EU import control, with traceability, composition, origin, production and expiry dating and storage conditions.
- German labelling. German-language labels applied at the mill to EU food information requirements, with net weight, origin, dates, nutrition declaration and importer details.
- Contaminant testing. Aflatoxin and heavy-metal testing per lot alongside the residue panel, since EU entry sampling covers both.
- Export documentation. Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, health certificate, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
