Can you export rice from India to Netherlands?
Yes. Om Prasadam exports Basmati and Non-Basmati rice from India to the Netherlands under APEDA registration, loading at Mundra or Nhava Sheva for Rotterdam in eighteen to twenty-two days. Rotterdam is Europe’s largest port and a re-export hub, so a great deal of what lands there moves on into Germany, Belgium, France and Scandinavia. That raises the bar: the consignment has to satisfy EU maximum residue levels and traceability at entry and still stand up when it is sold on. We ship residue-tested grades with NABL analysis per lot and Dutch and English labelling to EU food information rules.

- EU maximum residue levels. Lots ship with NABL-accredited analysis against 350-plus residues tested to EU limits — the requirement that governs entry and any onward sale within the Union.
- NVWA import control. Consignments documented for Dutch food and product safety authority clearance, with traceability, composition, origin and dating.
- Re-export traceability. Lot-level traceability from paddy intake to container, so consignments moving on into Germany, Belgium or Scandinavia stay documented.
- Dutch and English labelling. Labels applied at the mill to EU food information requirements, with net weight, origin, dates, nutrition declaration and importer details.
- Export documentation. Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, health certificate, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
