IR 64 parboiled
Parboiled long grain that holds through long cooking and bulk service — the practical staple for Mauritanian distribution.
Nouakchott · Nouadhibou
Mauritania buys rice as a daily staple, and broken grades sell as readily as whole. We ship the grades this market actually eats, at a landed cost that works.

Yes. Om Prasadam exports rice from India to Mauritania under APEDA registration, shipping to Nouakchott or Nouadhibou in twenty-two to twenty-eight days. This is a staple market: rice is eaten daily, often as thieboudienne and similar dishes, and broken rice grades sell alongside whole grain rather than being treated as a by-product. We supply 5% and 100% broken to an agreed granularity with its own analysis report, plus parboiled and raw long grain. Labelling is in French and Arabic, with halal certification per consignment.
